about Us
We were founded in 2018 with the key principals having over 25 years experience gained at global investment banks, having executed over US$20bn worth of transactions. Hampstead has been involved in some key landmark transactions across Europe and Africa, most recently the acquisition of the Gautrain Infrastructure Rail Project in South Africa.
